We ship worldwide from Amsterdam with PostNL. Clear rates, no surprises, and your gear goes out within 1–3 business days.

Processing & dispatch All orders ship directly from Amsterdam with PostNL. Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment. After dispatch, your order is handed over to the local postal service in your country.

Tracking Track & trace is included with every order — you'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. Follow your parcel from door to door.

Delivery Most clothing fits through the letterbox, so no signature is needed for delivery within the Netherlands. Delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed once the parcel is with the local carrier.

Customs & import charges For orders outside the EU, import duties, customs charges and local taxes may apply. These are the buyer's responsibility. APEX has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Lost or damaged shipments Risk of loss or damage passes to you on delivery. If a shipment is lost or damaged in transit, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at info@apex-wear.com and we'll sort it out.

Order process — from cart to mat

  1. Place your order — choose your gear, select your size and check out securely with iDEAL, PayPal, Klarna or card.
  2. We prepare it — your order is packed with care in Amsterdam. Most orders ship within 1–3 business days.
  3. Track & trace — you receive an email with your PostNL tracking number. Follow your parcel door to door.
  4. Delivered — your gear arrives. Unpack it, put it on, go train. That's it — no hassle.
