- All orders are shipped directly from Amsterdam, Netherlands via PostNL.
- Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment.
- Once shipped, your order is handed over to the local postal service in your country.

- Most apparel fits through a standard mailbox, so no signature is needed for NL deliveries.
- For orders outside the EU, import duties and customs fees may apply and are the buyer's responsibility.

How to Return
1. Email us at info@apex-wear.com with your order number, the item(s) you want to return, and the reason.
2. We'll confirm your return and provide instructions.
3. Ship the item(s) to: Lindenlaan 599, 1185 LX, Amstelveen, Netherlands
4. Keep your shipping receipt or confirmation — just in case.
5. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Return Conditions
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags still attached. We want to make sure every fighter gets their gear in perfect condition.
If your item arrived damaged or defective, contact us within 2 business days of delivery with photos or video and your order number. We'll sort it out — no questions asked.
What Can't Be Returned
Items that have been worn, washed, or altered cannot be returned. Products purchased on sale or at a discount are considered final sale and cannot be returned. Custom teamwear and collab products are made to order and are non-returnable unless defective.
