We ship directly from the Netherlands via PostNL. Orders within the Netherlands are delivered in 1–3 business days. EU orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days. International orders outside the EU take 7–14 business days depending on the destination.

We offer free shipping on all EU orders above €60 and free worldwide shipping on orders above €120. Below those thresholds, shipping is a flat €4.95 within the Netherlands and €6.95 for other EU countries.

Absolutely. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and link. You can follow your package every step of the way.

We accept iDEAL, PayPal, Klarna, credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely.

Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination. Any import duties or customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached. Return shipping costs are covered by the buyer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective — in that case, we'll cover it. Contact us at info@apex-wear.com to initiate a return.

Yes. If the item doesn't fit, reach out to us and we'll arrange an exchange. Return shipping is at the buyer's expense. If we sent you the wrong item or it has a defect, shipping is on us — we'll always make it right.

Once we receive your returned item, we'll process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Allow an additional 2–5 days for your bank to process it.

Custom-designed teamwear and collab products are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or with a production defect. We'll always make it right if there's a quality issue.

We're currently adding detailed size guides to every product page — these are coming soon. In the meantime, if you're between sizes we generally recommend sizing up for fight shorts and rashguards (for mobility) and going true to size for streetwear pieces. Not sure? Our fight jerseys and rashguards are made from high-performance polyester/spandex blends for flexibility and moisture-wicking. Fight shorts use durable, lightweight fabrics with reinforced stitching. Streetwear pieces use premium cotton blends for everyday comfort.

For synthetic fightwear (jerseys, rashguards, fight shorts): machine wash cold (30°C), inside out, with similar colours. Important — never wash synthetic gear together with velcro products (gloves, shinguards). Even though our fabrics are anti-pilling, velcro will damage them over time. For cotton pieces (oversized tees): wash at a lower temperature (max 30°C) to prevent shrinking. For all products: hang dry, do not tumble dry, and avoid ironing directly on printed areas.

Yes. Our fight shorts, rashguards, and jerseys are designed for training and competition use. They meet the requirements of most MMA, kickboxing, and BJJ competitions. If you have specific federation requirements, feel free to ask us.

We work with flexible MOQs. Even small team orders are welcome — we'll find the right production solution for your volume and budget.

From first conversation to delivery, typically 4–6 weeks. The design phase takes 1–2 weeks depending on complexity, and production takes 3–4 weeks.

Not at all. Most gyms come to us with just an idea or a logo. Our design team handles the full creative process. But if you already have designs, we can work with those too.

Yes. The orientation and brainstorming phase is completely free with no commitment. We only quote once you're happy with a direction and ready to move forward.

APEX Wear is based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. We design all our products locally and work with trusted production partners to deliver worldwide.

In general, we don't restock. Our focus is on continuously designing and dropping fresh new products rather than repeating old ones.
