Return & Refund Policy

We want every fighter to receive their gear in perfect condition. If something isn't right, here's exactly how returns and refunds work.

14-day return window You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange, in line with your EU right of withdrawal.

Return conditions Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging, with all tags still attached. Items that have been worn, washed or altered cannot be returned. Sale or discounted items are considered final sale and cannot be returned. Custom teamwear and collab products are made to order and cannot be returned unless they arrive defective.

How to return

  1. Email us at info@apex-wear.com with your order number, the item(s) you want to return and the reason.
  2. We'll confirm your return and send you instructions.
  3. Send the item(s) to: Lindenlaan 599, 1185 LX, Amstelveen, Netherlands.
  4. Keep your proof of postage or shipping confirmation, just in case.
  5. Once we receive and check the item(s), we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Return shipping costs Return shipping is at the buyer's expense. If an item is defective or the wrong item was delivered, we cover the return cost.

Refunds Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s). Please note your bank or payment provider may need extra time to show the amount.

Exchanges Wrong size? Get in touch and we'll arrange a quick exchange for the right fit. Return shipping for exchanges is at the buyer's expense, unless we sent the wrong item or the item was defective.

Damaged or faulty items If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 2 business days of receipt with photos or video and your order number. We'll replace it, repair it, or issue a full refund including return shipping — no hassle.

What can't be returned Worn, washed or altered items; sale or discounted items (final sale); and made-to-order custom teamwear and collab products, unless defective.
