SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping Policy
Currently Apex ships exclusively to the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, France and Spain. In the future we aim to ship worldwide. We use PostNL for our services and therefore maintain their prices for shipping. We aim to have the package on the way at most in 3 business days. Our packages are officially meant to fit through your mailbox so no signing is required, note that some older houses may have mailboxes wherein the package does not fit.

Shipping rates are the ones maintained by PostNL:
Netherlands: 4,10 Euro
Belgium, Germany, France & Spain: 9,30 Euro
Return & Exchange Policy
UNLESS YOU HAVE DAMAGED PRODUCTS YOUR RETURNS WILL BE REFUNDED VIA STORE CREDIT IN THE FORM OF A GIFT CARD.

DISCOUNTED PRODUCTS CANNOT BE RETURNED AND ARE CONSIDERED FINAL SALE.

You have 14 days after the delivery date to return products.

PROCESS
- If products are damaged or defective you will have to report to us within 2 business days after the delivery date. Send your email to info@apex-wear.com
with the order number and film or photos and a description of the damaged goods.
- Sent us an email to info@apex-wear.com or contact us via Facebook and/or Instagram.
- Send the details to us, your original order number, the product(s) you want to return, the reason and a new tracking number of your return package from PostNL or whichever postal service(does not have to be track&trace just a confirmation).
- Package can be returned to the following address: Amsterdamseweg 96, 1182 HG, Amstelveen
- No return label will be provided.
- The shipping fee will be reimbursed by us.
- Upon receiving the returned products it will take up until 7 business days to finalise the process.
- Please save your confirmation of the package return from your postal service just in case.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT PRODUCTS THAT ARE
- Worn or washed, we only expect products that have not been worn or washed.
- Products that are damaged, unless you have reached out to us and have already confirmed that it's ok to return.
- Products that do not have their own original packaging and tags.
- That are sent to us later than the 14 prescribed days(after the delivery date).

RESERVED RIGHTS REGARDING RETURNS
APEX reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”

An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or,

Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
Similarly, APEX reserves the right to refuse service to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
Non APEX items sent to our Distribution Center will be discarded upon receipt.
